SOCS Music - Staff List

Schools with MIS Integration of the Staff List

If integration is already setup with SOCS and your MIS then your music teachers they will already be listed in SOCS for use with SOCS Music. 

 If music teachers are not appearing in SOCS then please ensure that they are added on the staff list in your MIS  and run a staff sync with SOCS, or add them manually to your staff list in SOCS.

Music teachers can be added to SOCS manually as “External Staff” in SOCS Administrator > Staff List.

Schools without MIS Integration of the Staff List

If your music teachers aren’t already in your staff list in SOCS then you will need to send us an updated spreadsheet of your staff list with the music teachers included. Detailed information about how to do this can be found here.

Alternatively you can add the music teachers to your staff list manually in SOCS Administrator > Staff List.

Only SOCS users with access to SOCS Adminstrator are able to add staff to the staff list.
