Providing you have added your bus term dates, your schedule for each bus will automatically be scheduled.
Adding Staff
To add staff, select 'Staff' from the Bus Setup page, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Select Bus Setup in the left-hand menu and select Staff alongside your chosen bus.
Step 2:
Click 'Select' next to the staff member. Likewise, click 'Remove' to remove the member of staff from the bus. You also have the option of searching for the staff member.
Adding Pupils/Students
If you are not allowing parents to login and run a sign-up window for buses, for each route you will need to add pupils by following these steps:
Step 1:
Select Bus Setup in the left-hand menu and select Staff alongside your chosen bus.
Step 2:
Select the 'Pupils' tab alongside the relevant bus
Step 3:
Filter pupils by Year Group, House, Form or Surname and click 'Select' to add them to the bus.
They will then appear under 'Selected Pupils'.
Step 4:
Click 'Edit' next to each pupil and set a default stop. This will then populate each day of the week with that stop. You can also add a permanent note, for example 'Allowed to walk home alone' which will appear on all registers.
