Music Lesson Visibility

Visibility settings allow schools to decide whether music lessons are visible in SOCS for staff only, or for staff, pupils and parents. 

In each case the user must be logged into SOCS to view lessons. 

If you do not want to show lessons to pupils and parents while scheduling is still being finalised you can set this to “Staff Only”. The visibility setting can be changed at any time and applies to all music lessons.

The Lesson Visibility settings can be adjusted by following these steps:

Step 1

Login to SOCS Music

Step 2

Select Settings 

Step 3

Select Lesson Visibility

Step 4

Select "Staff Only" or "Staff, Pupils & Parents" from the dropdown menu.  

Step 5

Click Save

The current setting for Lesson Visibility is available to view on the general Settings screen.
