Use the Term Dates Editor in SOCS Administrator to edit or update term dates for the next academic year.
Term dates are required for the entire academic year to add activities to SOCS Co-curricular, Music, Transport and Tuition.
To update term dates, follow these steps:
Step 1
Login to SOCS Administrator
Step 2
Select ‘Update Term Dates’
Step 3
To edit or add term dates for a given year, change the drop-down menu above the term dates to the relevant year, and then select the edit button below the term dates.
Step 4
If you do not wish to add a half-term for a given term, you can select the ‘No Half-Term’ tick box.
Step 5
To add additional holiday days or Exeats, select ‘Add Holiday’. These additional holiday days will appear below the main term dates on the Term Dates Editor Screen.
