SOCS Music allows you to add specific times of day when music lessons should not be scheduled.
When a protected time block is added it will appear on the scheduler for pupils in the relevant year groups to notify staff not to add lessons during those times. More information about this can be found below.
Protected time blocks apply to all terms and can be updated at any time.
These can be added for all year groups, or for certain year groups only.

If any protected time blocks have been added to your SOCS Music, these appear to the user as red vertical bars in the timetable (see Monday 12:20-12:50 in the screenshot below).
The user can hover their mouse over these red bars to expand them and see the details of the protected time slot.
