SOCS Music - The Pupil Profile

The Pupil Profile provides a comprehensive view of all music-related information for a selected term.

Accessing Pupil Profile

You can access the Pupil Profile in two ways:

1. From the Pupil List in the left-hand menu by clicking the "Profile" button.
2. Below the pupil's name in the Lesson Scheduler, above the timetable view, when scheduling lessons.
   
   

Key features of the Pupil Profile

Key features of the Pupil Profile include:

• Important notes related to music lessons (top left).
• Scholar status indication.
• Editing options for these details using the "Edit" button in the top left box.

Additionally, the Pupil Profile displays:

• Music teachers, instruments, and grades.
• All scheduled lessons for the term.
• Attendance overview.
• Details about any loans and extra charges.
• Relevant contacts.
