Logging into SOCS (Staff)

Step 1: 

Navigate to your school’s dedicated SOCS login page.


If you don’t have the link to hand, you can search for your school here to be taken directly to the correct login page. We advise saving the URL as a bookmark on your browser for future access.


Step 2: 

On your school’s login page, select the Staff tab.


If your school uses Single Sign-On (SSO), clicking Staff will automatically redirect you to your school’s SSO provider (e.g. Microsoft).


Enter your login credentials for that platform, and once verified, you’ll be logged into SOCS automatically. 


Step 3: 

If your school does not use SSO, clicking Staff will prompt you to enter your SOCS username and password.


If you've forgot your password, click 'Forgot Password' to receive a password reset link via email.


If it's your first time logging in, you’ll need to activate your account before logging in:


1. Click 'Activate Account' after selecting Staff.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

3. You’ll receive an activation link via email to set your password.



You do not need to activate your account if your school uses SSO. Your account will be automatically activated upon your first login.
