Feature availability
- Only a subset of the module’s features is enabled right now. These are the kick-off/setup tasks that will create a solid foundation for use of the new module.
- If you don’t see something in your account that you see in demos, don’t worry—it will be switched on imminently.
Who can access
- Only the main preview user (preview main contact) currently has access to the new “Facilities” button in the SOCS control panel.
- If someone else needs access, email their name and e-mail address to support@socs.tech and we'll turn on their button.
Once the initial setup tasks are complete you will soon be able to grant access to other users at your school. Access at this stage should be quite tight.
Support
- If, during setup or demo, something “works on my side but not yours,” email support@socs.tech and we’ll investigate—often a quick ISAMS API or Wonde tweak.
