Accessing SOCS Facilities
Step 1:
Log in to SOCS
Step 2:
Click the Facilities button in the main menu.
Step 3:
You’ll land on Facility Settings
Other menu options, such as Approvals, My Bookings, Location Schedule, etc. will appear later
Task Overview
You’ll complete two key setup tasks:
Task 1: Rooms & Locations
Task 2: Facility Categories (your digital “event form” questions & resources)
Doing these now means when the remaining features go live, you’re ready to roll.
