Season Setup Wizard: Setting up Sports and Teams for Next Year

Use the Season Setup Wizard to setup sports and team for the new academic year ahead of time. Follow these steps:

Step 1

Log in to the SOCS control panel and select Sports & Teams Fixtures & Results in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Start the Season Setup Wizard

Click on the + Season Setup Wizard button. This will open a summary of sports for both the current and next season, along with further instructions.

Step 3: Select the Season to Set Up

From the “Set Up teams for” dropdown list, select the season you wish to set up teams for (e.g., next season).

Step 4: Set Up Teams Automatically

Follow the on-screen instructions to quickly set up teams for each sport for the next season.

The setup process will transfer data from the current season, including:

• Age level

• Team name

• Coach name

• Team kit and colors

• You can then edit the team’s details and add fixtures as needed.

Step 5: Add New Sports or Teams (If Needed)

If you need to add a new sport or team, use the Add Sport or Add Team buttons. 

Be sure to select the correct season when adding new teams or sports through the edit screen.
